Data Storage
Felo's voice translation files and texts are only stored temporarily in RAM and are not written to persistent storage.
Data Centers
Felo's servers are owned and managed by us in ISO 27001 certified data centers located in Japan. These facilities are regularly audited and feature robust physical security measures. Access is restricted to a select group of Felo employees with operational duties.
Reliability
Our networks are designed with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure continuous service. Over the past year, we have maintained an uptime of 99.5%.
Subcontractors
We limit the use of subcontractors and carefully vet and audit any critical partners according to ISO 27001 standards to ensure they meet our stringent security requirements.
